As we approach the end of Mental Health Month, I pause and reflect on all the strides and efforts that thousands of Mental Health Advocates have done this month to educate the masses. Yes, hundreds of thousands worldwide have participated in numerous events locally and globally to shine the Lime-Light on positive mental health care.BP Hope bloggers even helped lead the pack with blog posts and the BP Hope newsletter all month has focused on bringing awareness.
BP Hope has also been giving away digital copies all month long.Hopefully, you were able to get your free copy. 
Along with BP Hope, many other organizations have done their part, too!Also, sharing awareness for mental health issues was the DBSA, NAMI, Psych Central, The International Bipolar Foundation to name a few.
You may have noticed more and more people going LIME this month...Wearing or posting Lime ribbons to show moral support and awareness for mental health.
Absolutely, this month above all other months has truly put mental health/bipolar disorder and depression in a POSTIVE Lime-light. For me, it has been filled with me getting to meet and come to know some amazing people and peers while drawing this month's cartoon-a-thon for MENTAL HEALTH MONTH HEROES.
